Shipping

In stock orders will ship within 24-48hrs. Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) via USPS.  Orders that contain "coming soon" items will ship as soon as ALL items become available to be shipped.

Packages over 13oz. will ship via Priority Mail. 

Smaller packages will ship First-class unless otherwise requested.

Actual shipment times are out of our control, but generally USPS Priority mail takes 1-3 days from shipping date to arrive.  (excluding Sundays and major holidays) and USPS First Class Mail take up to 4 days from shipping date to arrive (excluding Sundays and major holidays).

All orders $40.00 or more ship free.

All packages include free tracking and insurance.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order you may contact us by Facebook Messenger or Email teechat@lovepeacebling.com asap.   Once an order has been marked as shipped, it is no longer available for cancellation.  

 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, unused merchandise may be returned in its original condition at anytime for an exchange or refund (less shipping charges). 

Accessories that were shipped in error may be eligible for a full refund within 5 days of receipt.  For merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact and file a claim with your local post office.  You package is insured.  For error shipments or damaged merchandise you may be required to provide photo evidence.  In most cases physically returning the damaged items will not be necessary.  If the said item is no longer available for purchase, a refund in the amount of the original purchase will be processed in the original form of payment.

Accessories that have been used or worn or no longer have the original tags may be eligible to receive a store credit only within 30 days from purchase date.  Items ordered in error, or broken due to misuse will not be eligible for refund, credit, or exchange.

To initiate the return, the customer must contact us by Facebook Messenger or Email teechat@lovepeacebling.com to assess the issue.

 

Local Pick Up

Local pick up is available at the Love, Peace, & Bling Mobile Boutique, located at 1512 Tunnel Blvd. Chattanooga, TN 37411 (corner of Wilcox and Tunnel Blvd.)
